0.7 OZ REAL FRUIT SNACK CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)  Products are on a consignment basis for 30 days from receipt of delivery. 

2)  Minimum order of 10 Master cases

3)  A cheque dated 30 days from delivery date much be in KVDF's possession along with a signed copy  of this agreement before merchandise is shipped.  Invoice is due and payable on the 30th day of possession.

4)  A refund cheque will be issued within 48 hours of goods received and approved by KVDF.

5) KVDF pays all shipping and handling.
